A minimum of 6 registrants is required in order for a small group program (Grades 3-9 )course to be offered.
We reserve the right to reduce the number of hours of the course or to cancel if the number of registrants is less than 6.
A minimum of 6 registrants is required in order for a credit course (Grades 10 & 11) to be offered.
We reserve the right to reduce the number of hours of the course or to cancel if the number of registrants is less than 6.

Cancellation Policy:
If the student is registered and cancels before the class starts, an indemnity fee of 50% of the cost of the program will be charged.
If cancellation is received after the program has started, the student will be charged in full.
